- Our weekly classes that include Sound Bath (crystal and brass singing bowls, tonal drum, etc), Breathwork, Nidra, Fascia Release/RollOut, Aerial Silks, etc are NOT EXTRA.
- 5% GST will be added at checkout for all passes
- There is no auto-renew
- Punch passes do not expire
- We don’t have seasonal sales so there is no need to wait
- 14 and 30-day passes are consecutive days starting on the day of the first booked class on that pass.
- All workshops, therapeutic sessions, private classes and special events can be purchased separately.

Late Arrivals/Missed Classes
We take the atmosphere of your practice very seriously and will lock the door once class begins to preserve the integrity of your experience. Once the door is locked, you’ve missed the class.
If you’ve missed class, we understand... life is unpredictable. You are welcome to discuss the situation with us to possibly reschedule, but we will not be refunding payments for missed classes.
Illness and the Community
We are here to help you and your community feel amazing. Please, if you feel unwell because of an illness that may be spread in the community, stay at home and take care of yourself. We’ll be here to help get you back to 100% YOU once you are feeling less … spreadable.
